Biography

Dr Sue Taylor has been the lead researcher in multiple HE research projects/interventions (2008-2021) and involving more than 6,000 Business students. Designed to enhance genuine inclusion for all students, this research focused on the successful development of a holistic, inclusive and sustainable intercultural team building and peer review model which inspires students to learn with and through technology-enhanced, collaborative interactions. Multiple outcomes of these projects include: a 2020 AAUT Citation for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning; three VC Performance Awards for Teaching Excellence; the receipt of an Exceptional rating in her ExPrep Peer Review Report; an invited Higher Education Academy Reviewer role; multiple A and Q1 HE journal articles; book chapters; national and international conference presentations including Showcase Presentations in Excellence for multiple HERDSA conferences and including the 2020 EDULEARN Conference and the 2021 ICERI Conference in Madrid; an invited presentation to Oxford University; and a wide range of invitations to complete journal reviews (2016-2021) for Q1 journals such as the Assessment & Evaluation in Higher Education Journal, the European Journal of Higher Education and the Reflective Practice journal. Sue Taylor is also a current international examiner (Business) for the Global Undergraduate Awards in 2022 after successfully completing this task in 2021 and 2020.

Jennifer is a Senior Lecturer in Massey Business School's School of Management. She teaches into Project Management and Business and Sustainability at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her research focuses on higher education and small business development.
