Biography

Jason M. Lodge, PhD is an internationally recognised scholar and leader in educational psychology, higher education, and educational technology. He has published over 100 refereed articles and is a national award-winning educator. Jason's research with the Learning, Instruction, and Technology Lab focuses on the cognitive, metacognitive, and emotional mechanisms of learning, primarily in post-secondary settings and ​digital learning environments. He has a particular interest in self-regulated learning with technology.

Biography

Tristram Lawson is a Online Educational Designer working in UniSA's The Teaching Innovation Unit. Tristram has over 15 years experience in designing and implementing blended learning strategies / solutions within the tertiary education, government and private sectors. Tristram's relationship focussed approach to liaising with academic staff, governance groups and university services, together with his technical and educational background, positions himself as a key leader for change in the space. Tristram holds a Masters in Digital Education and a Bachelor of Science (extended major computing).

Biography

Dr Misty So-Sum Wai-COOK is Deputy Director at the Centre for English Language Communication; Associate Director of Student Life at the College of Alice & Peter Tan (CAPT); and Fellow at the National University of Singapore Teaching Academy. Misty has won multiple Centre and NUS teaching excellence awards, and she is now on Annual Teaching Excellence Award (ATEA) Honour Roll at NUS. Misty has also conducted multiple research projects and published papers on academic literacies, tutor and peer feedback in language education, English across the curriculum, and the use of technologies to enhance teaching and learning. She is on the Editorial Board for peer-review journals such as Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies in Education and Journal of Underrepresented & Minority Progress.
