Professor Sabina Ćerimagić is a multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary professional consultant, researcher and academic with over 15 years of experience in higher education and project management. Sabina is the Executive Dean and Executive Director at the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) Business School. As a seasoned executive professional and senior academic with a diverse background in management and academia, Professor Sabina Ćerimagić brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. With extensive experience in the higher education sector, Sabina's skills in complex project management, leadership, change management, operations, finances, HR, educational development, lecturing, and public speaking have been honed to a high degree. Biography
Dr Andy Wear is a Senior Lecturer in Higher Education at the Williams Centre for Learning Advancement, University of Melbourne. He has worked in a number of Australian universities both as an academic and leading large-scale teaching and learning transformation projects. He specialises in aesthetic learning theories and critical and creative pedagogies - particularly as applied to curriculum and assessment design. He also has expertise in academic leadership and organisational development. He has published and presented in these fields both nationally and internationally.

Biography
Ms Pratiksha Tripathi is a Doctoral Candidate at NIEPA, New Delhi in the Department of Educational Administration. She has submitted her thesis and is awaiting viva-voice. Her thesis title is 'A study of Interlinkages between Civic Engagement and Student Diversity in Institutions of Higher Education' which explores technical higher education institutions in India as sites of civic engagement through student experiences. She is a Senior Research Fellow of the University Grants Commission. Ms Tripathi has completed her Masters degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi in Political Science. She has published variously on themes of diversity and public sphere and presented papers at National and International conferences. Her interest lies in areas of higher education, diversity, student experiences, social justice etc.
