Dr Jinki Trevillian is a Senior Lecturer at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Business School where she has been the Academic Lead for the Work Integrated Learning program since 2023, working in Education Development and teaching sustainability. Jinki has a background in the humanities and a PhD in History, 'Talking With the Old People; histories of Cape York Peninsula 1930s-1950s', which brought oral histories into dialogue with archival history sources. Prior to returning full time to academia and taking up the role Education Director at the Centre for Social Impact (2020-2021), Jinki worked in festivals and events with a passionate commitment to intangible heritage in art, culture and history. Passionate about education and social impact, Jinki has led the education program at the Centre for Social Impact (UNSW) and worked for the Pro-Vice Chancellor of Education and Student Experience before joining the Education Initiative in the Business School.

Hora Hedayati is a senior lecturer in the Business School Education portfolio. She has served as the academic lead for Assessment in Master of Commerce program and the course authority for a work-integrated learning course in Business postgraduate programs since 2022. In these capacities, she has conducted program-level review of assessments and design and implemented a new assessment structure in the WIL course she has been leading.
Hora has co-led the design and development of a program-level experiential learning assessment program for Master of Commerce. She is also an active member of university assessment and feedback reform working group on programmatic assessment and is participating in a competency/mastery assessment pilot in her WIL course.

Jen is a Senior Lecturer in the Learning Futures team at Western Sydney University and chairs the University’s Academic Integrity Working Party. In previous roles she has taught academic writing, led partnerships between English language specialists and program leaders to integrate graduate capabilities in curriculum, and led the design, administration and integration of work-integrated learning in curriculum.
Jen has a strong commitment to widening participation and research and practice that improves student learning and experience. She works with students as partners where possible and has mentored, co-authored and co-designed with undergraduate researchers and student partners at Western Sydney University and Macquarie University. I am a quantitative researcher. Through my applied research in AI and Business Intelligence, I seek to excel in both teaching and research in AI for Analytics. My research interests cover the dynamics of consumer and brand engagement in online social media environments, emotion AI, Explainable AI, and the application of AI for multi-modal unstructured social media data analysis. My research is data-driven using large datasets gathered from online social networking platforms using advanced data analytics techniques to turn big data into actionable insights.
