What influences the adoption of social impact practices in business schools? Findings from a global survey
Biography
Ana Godonoga, PhD is a Teaching and Research Associate at the Institute for Higher Education Management, Vienna University of Economics and Business. She has more than eight years of experience as a higher education researcher and has worked on projects that focused on the social impact of higher education, equity and inclusion, and quality and performance management. In her doctoral research, Ana investigated how universities organize for social impact by adapting their educational and research practices, and how they monitor and measure their social impact performance. Over the past five years, Ana has also taught undergraduate- and graduate-level courses on strategic leadership, international strategic management and the role of international organizations in the higher education field. Before joining her current position, Ana worked as Associate Project Officer at UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning in France. She contributed to the development and implementation of international research projects on equity and inclusion in higher education. In addition, Ana worked on research projects related to higher education performance and quality management, both as a Research Assistant at the OECD, and as Vice-Chair of the Quality Advisory Board of the Erasmus Mundus Association. Ana holds a PhD degree from Vienna University of Economics and Business, a joint Master’s degree in Research and Innovation in Higher Education from Danube University Krems, Austria and Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, Germany, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from the College of Wooster, United States.

Biography
Dewa Wardak is a Senior Lecturer in Business Educational Development at the University of Sydney Business School. She is a Sydney Horizon Educator with a background in Learning Sciences and Technologies. Dewa leads the co-design, development, and evaluation of large units of study, collaborating with academics to transform the learner experience through co-designing engaging and authentic learning experiences. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and previously served on the University of Sydney’s Human Research Ethics Committee for three years. Dewa's research interests span learning and teaching in Higher Education, networked learning, postdigital, pattern languages, object-based learning, multimodal approaches to learning and teaching, and ethics.
Mrs Tegan Little
CRADLE - Deakin University
Giving better peer feedback: the development and implementation of a feedback literacy module.
Biography
Tegan Little is a part-time PhD Candidate with the Centre for Research in Assessment and Digital Learning (CRADLE) at Deakin University. Her research interests include student feedback literacy and peer feedback. Tegan’s current project is investigating how to develop and enhance the process of peer feedback provision in higher education students.
