Biography
Dr Hilary Wheaton is the Principal Advisor, Educational Practice at RMIT. She has worked in the vocational and higher education sector, and been engaged in various technology initiatives across institutions. In 2022 she developed RMIT's Academic Integrity Framework, consequently addressing the institutional position on genAI in 2023. Currently, she has developed in consultation with RMIT stakeholders, their recent AI Plan and provided training to educators on how to manage impacts on their curriculum. Enhancing Health Education: Canvas Studio as an Assessment Tool
Biography
Dr Jing Ye is a Senior Learning and Teaching Specialist within the STEM College at RMIT University. She is dedicated to scaffolding and embedding industry-partnered learning (IPL) activities across undergraduate programs in the School of Science and Computing Technology. Over the past three years, Jing has focused on integrating RMIT's Active, Authentic, and Applied (AAA) Signature pedagogy and Digital Spine into the STEM curriculum by implementing and delivering blended learning experiences as a learning designer to support STEM academics. Jing holds a PhD in Management from Deakin University and a Master of Education from Monash University. Her diverse experience in teaching and research roles underscores her comprehensive understanding of current trends in assessment design, educational technologies, and innovative solutions to educational challenges. From 2019 to 2021, she was the Project Coordinator for the Australian Awards for University Teaching (AAUT) Program, led by Professor Angela Carbone as Director of the Australian Awards for University Teaching, appointed by Universities Australia, showcasing her commitment to promoting excellence in teaching and learning.

Mrs Aditi Daware is a Learning Designer at RMIT University with seven years of experience in Canvas and the higher education sector. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree and is passionate about designing innovative teaching methods, authentic assessments, integrating technology into courses, and creating curricula that cater to diverse learning styles.

Dr Charu Rana is currently working as a Senior Learning Designer and a Team Leader, Digital Development within the Learning, Teaching, and Quality portfolio at STEM College, RMIT University. She has 15+ years of experience in the higher education sector and holds a doctorate in Engineering. Charu is passionate about creating and using innovative digital learning solutions and products and their applications in delivering quality learning experiences.
