Sandra Wooltorton grew up in Noongar Country, in the southwest of Western Australia. As a trans-disciplinary researcher with a background in cultural geography
and environmental education, Sandra is interested in prefigurative cultures, for co-constructing the world we want to live in; or living the change we want to see. Her research aims to bring about societal transformation. She is a Professor and Senior Research Fellow with the Nulungu Research Institute at the University of Notre Dame Australia (Broome).

Biography
Lauren Stephenson is a Professor of Learning, Teaching, Educational Leadership, Management and Administration (ELMA) with over 35 years in international leadership, teaching, learning and assessment in Pre K-16 educational contexts. Lauren teaches and conducts research related to ethical and sustainable leadership for a more socially just world. She has taught and published in the fields of intercultural competence, international education, educational leadership, EALD/TESOL, English language and literacy, teacher education, qualitative research methods, and workplace, service and professional learning. She also has over 30 years of international experience in a range of educational leadership roles including positions as Dean, Head, Chair, Deputy Head, National Director and National Coordinator. Lauren has an extensive record of international publications, regularly speaks at global conferences and has given presentations and implemented professional learning programs in Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, Mexico, the Middle East and the US.

Kathie Ardzejewska (PhD) is an Associate Professor with over 20 years’ experience in teaching and learning in higher education, the last eight of these spent at the University of Notre Dame, Australia. She is currently a Senior Academic Developer where she leads from inception, strategic University learning and teaching projects. Collaborating with, and supporting the academic community to design quality innovative curriculum that promotes positive student outcomes, she also assist academics to grow their evidence-based teaching practice and scholarship of teaching and learning. A Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Fellow of the Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia (HERDSA) she uses this expertise to mentor and coach, and serve as an executive academic board member of several independent higher education providers. She teaches and researchers in scholarship and in leadership and wellbeing in higher education.

Associate Professor Shashi Nallaya is an Associate Director and Academic Developer at the Teaching Innovation Unit, University of South Australia. She has many years of experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of English language and teacher training programs at primary, secondary and tertiary levels, in various linguistic and cultural settings. Her niche areas are assessments, academic literacies and language. Shashi sits on UniSA's Authentic Assessment Steering Group. She played an instrumental role in the curation of UniSA's authentic assessment definition and builds staff capacity to use the definition to reflect on their current assessment practices. Shashi also helps academics implement an innovative curriculum through mentoring, staff development sessions and resources. She also currently leads UniSA's Summative Peer Review of Teaching portfolio.

Bethany is a Lecturer of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Monash University with over ten years of teaching experience across multiple degree programs. A leader in industry partnerships and experiences she is responsible for coordinating and providing strategic direction for industry based education. Her work focuses on enhancing student employability through authentic and experiential teaching and learning, which is supported by her research that aims to understand the career pathways and experiences of Health students and graduates. She is the co-founder of Public Health Insiders, a podcast and set of digital resources. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science (Honours) and a Master’s in Education and has received numerous awards for her teaching excellence and innovation.
