Prof Dr Ali Ahsan is a passionate academician with extensive experience and achievements in the higher education industry. He specialises in the field of Business, Technology and mergers and has enjoyed working on very important high-level strategic positions in academia and industry. He has worked in USA, Asia, Australia and Africa. Dr. Ahsan’s love for knowledge and education has revolutionised institutions that he has served. He has made an enormous impact on lives of students from all around the world and that according to him is his most important contribution.
Over the years, he has contributed to learning and teaching, curriculum development, research, supervision of higher degree research students and academic-industry collaboration, but not limited to. He has launched a number of new degree programs in various universities, and he has completed major academic and industrial projects with success. In addition to all this; Dr Ahsan is an academic leader, an entrepreneur, a consultant, a counsellor and a professional development trainer to some of the world’s most reputed conglomerates, some of them even in the fortune 500 companies list.
Dr Ahsan serves at Torrens University Australia, looking after various tasks concerning higher education. He is also an adjunct professor with some very well reputed universities and member of Board of Directors of The WISSEN Group. Dr Ahsan is also the academic board member of Torrens University Australia. Before joining Torrens University, he was the CEO of The WISSEN GROUP, Dean at Foundation University and Visiting Professor at Stratford University, USA.
Dr. Ali Ahsan also runs the Zafar Shamim Scholarship Program and is actively involved in numerous humanitarian and social projects. Recently, he has started working on integrating Generative AI in education.

Dr Junyi Cai has a multidisciplinary academic background, holding degrees in Gender and Cultural Studies, and Peace and Conflict Resolution. She completed her PhD at the University of Sydney in 2023 and subsequently joined the academic team in the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) | Enterprise and Engagement as an Interdisciplinary Lecturer. Junyi is dedicated to creating inclusive learning environments and employing a student-centred pedagogy. By empowering students as active participants in their learning journey, Junyi fosters reflection on the value of students’ disciplinary knowledge within interdisciplinary collaborations.

Biography
Dr Jen Fletcher’s teaching experience covers junior, senior and post-graduate health psychology. Her research interests lie in the fields of cyberpsychology (the interaction of human and emergent technologies) and health psychology. She has investigated behavioural and psychological interventions including online mental health support for youth, the use of VR for chemotherapy patients, and strategies for assisting ageing-in-place. Through her recent leadership in the development of Design Your Future (an interdisciplinary unit launched in 2024 that integrates design thinking, career planning, and networking) and across the establishment of the award-winning Industry and Community Project Units (ICPUs), she demonstrates dedication to preparing students for real-world challenges and employability. Dr Fletcher has contributed to the scholarship of teaching and learning in areas of interdisciplinary learning, experiential learning, digitally inclusive strategies for classrooms and methods for enhancing reflective practice in teaching and learning.

Dr Bianca Coleman (she/her) is a lecturer and researcher in the School of Education at the University of Tasmania. Bianca's research focuses on improving how teacher education is taught in universities. Bianca's current research considers the non-academic attributes considered to be important for teachers and teaching, and explores how these non-academic attributes are positioned and cultivated within initial teacher education. Bianca also researches in the field of scholarship of learning and teaching (SOTL), and has a particular interest in enhancing student participation, engagement, and retention in higher education.

Dr. Ali Enright holds a PhD in psychology and a Master of Education specialising in Cognitive Psychology and Educational Practices and is a highly esteemed educator with seven teaching awards. As Chair of the Flinders University Student Success Working Group, Dr. Ali Enright established and implemented a university-wide approach to nudge analytics, underpinned by policy. In her role as Course Coordinator for all undergraduate psychology and Deputy Teaching Program (Course Quality) in Psychology, Dr. Ali Enright has demonstrated exceptional dedication to enhancing course quality and student engagement within the discipline.
