Biography
Claudia is an accomplished Higher Education Professional at the University of Adelaide adept at developing, coordinating and evaluating programs and events. Claudia is dedicated to connecting people and ideas, with a natural affinity for networking and developing relationships. She is a positive and enthusiastic self-starter with team spirit and resourcefulness.
In her role as Academic Integrity Skills Officer within the Student Academic Skills Team in DASE (Division of Academic and Student Engagement), Claudia is immersed in cultivating a culture of academic integrity at the University of Adelaide. Through innovative awareness campaigns and resource development initiatives, she leads efforts to empower students with the knowledge and tools necessary to uphold academic honesty. Additionally, as the coordinator of the Academic Integrity Ambassador Program, Claudia leads a university sector best practice Student Leadership program, nurturing a community committed to integrity and ethical conduct.

Biography
Dr Johanna Nieuwoudt is a Senior Lecturer at Southern Cross University, where she helps students from diverse backgrounds and experiences gain skills and confidence to be successful in their university studies. Johanna specialises in the curriculum design and delivery of academic pathway programs for students in high school, pre-award, and diplomas. Johanna’s primary research interests are in the identification of factors that may contribute to student success.
Dr Karina Wardle

Biography
Dr Karina Wardle is Academic Program Advisor for Sport Management, an International Academic Lead for Southeast Asia, a 21 Century Curriculum Fellow and Lecturer in Hospitality, Sport and Marketing at Western Sydney University. Passionate about transforming employability outcomes for students from diverse backgrounds, Karina’s research and practice has focused on the integration of experiential learning and careers and employability learning within core business curriculum. Karina has demonstrated sustained leadership through engaging partnership pedagogy to co-design, co-develop, co-deliver and co-credential innovative and inclusive careers and employability learning experiences which have positively impacted student employability outcomes. She has received several citations and awards for excellence and innovation in learning and teaching.

Kay Geronikos is a workforce learning and development practitioner and Adjunct fellow in Human Resource Management and Management disciplines at Western Sydney University & University of Technology Sydney. As an educator within the NSW Government and the tertiary sector, Kay is committed to helping individuals at all stages of their work-life journey engage in learning and development to achieve career success. Within the tertiary sector, Kay is dedicated to improving employability outcomes for future graduates through proactively building industry partnerships, embedding innovative career and employability initiatives within the curriculum, and undertaking research in partnership pedagogy and graduate employability. Her dedication to teaching and student employability has been recognised with a citation for teaching within the School of Business and the Deputy VC and VP Academic Award for Excellence in Teaching.
