Biography
Dr Mehrnaz Keyhanfar is a Senior Lecturer (teaching specialist) in Medical Biochemistry at Flinders University, Australia. With a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Adelaide, she brings over two decades of experience in academia and research. Dr. Keyhanfar coordinates and teaches multiple topics, including Biochemistry of Human Disease and Molecular Foundations of Medicine, and has received awards for excellence in teaching. Her educational research focuses on higher education and innovations in medical education. She is also actively involved in leadership roles at Flinders University, contributing to curriculum development, academic integrity, and professional development. Dr. Keyhanfar’s expertise and commitment to education continue to inspire both colleagues and students.

Biography
Rajesh Krishnamuti is a doctoral candidate at Murdoch University and a unit leader and lecturer at Monash College, specializing in academic communication and education studies. With nearly 20 years of teaching experience, he has taught in both Singapore and Australia, across senior secondary and tertiary levels. Rajesh's background in English Language and Literature teaching, combined with his interest in poststructuralist theory and experiences as an Academic Advisor, inspired his PhD research.

Biography
Wendy Cumming-Potvin (she/her) is an Associate Professor and Director of Research at the School of Education, Murdoch University in Western Australia. Her research highlights digital literacies, equity, and diversity, with a focus on gender, language, and culture. A recipient of a Vice-Chancellor’s Teaching Excellence Award, Wendy enjoys multi-disciplinary collaboration to create welcoming and productive learning environments for domestic and international students. Wendy is currently a co-investigator for a WA research project focusing on translanguaging, semiotics and play in remote school settings. Her most recent book LGBTQI+ Allies in Education, Advocacy, Activism and Participatory Collaborative Research (Routledge) has been featured through The Conversation and Joy Drive.

Biography
Michelle Picard currently serves as Professor and Pro-Vice Chancellor Learning and Teaching Innovation at Flinders University. Her fields of expertise include academic literacy development including academic integrity, TESOL, higher education, online and blended learning and English for Academic Purposes and supervises in the fields of Education, Applied Linguistics and Media. Michelle has held a number of Senior leadership positions prior to joining Flinders including those related to academic language and learning such as Director Researcher Education at the University of Adelaide, Director of Studies at two ELICOS centres and Deputy Director within the English Language and Foundation Studies Centre at the University of Newcastle.
