Biography
Stephan Tseng is a lecturer at UNSW Business School. He employs reflective learning techniques and storytelling to transform students' personal experiences into discipline knowledge. Stephan fosters engagement, inclusivity, and a sense of community in diverse classrooms by connecting course concepts to real-world contexts. He encourages reflection and deeper connections to course material through personal, discipline-related narratives, creating relatable and meaningful learning experiences that resonate with students and enhance their academic journey.

Connecting past and present: Intercontextuality in feedback processes in higher education
Biography
Anastasiya Umarova is a PhD Candidate with the Centre for Research in Assessment and Digital Learning (CRADLE) at Deakin University. Her PhD project explores the impact of students’ prior feedback experiences (feedback histories) on subsequent feedback practices. Anastasiya’s research interests are in higher education, feedback and feedback literacy, digital learning, and student identity.

Dr. May Lim is a Senior Lecturer and Nexus Fellow who champions teaching and learning innovation at the University of New South Wales. Working collaboratively with others across her institution, she drives a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence at her institution. Her multifaceted contributions include developing procedures, resources, and guides to assessment redesign in the age of artificial intelligence.
